Premium layouts: Terms of Service

The users will not...

1. Redistribute the layouts. This means that you cannot sell them to other people, or put them on your layouts site for other people to use.

2. Claim them as their own work.

3. I am fine with you putting your site or account name on the layouts as a way of personalization, but please do not modify them in any major way, like cutting them up, putting a in new image, etc. It hurts me to see my work cut up (and it's in violation of copyright law!).

4. If you really must change the layouts, please put a link (not just text, a link) back to the layouts site.

Blatent violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the layouts without refund of access fee.
