Payment
Payment of $15 USD for one (1) year subscription is done through Paypal, a secure, well-known online money transfer service. The creation of your account is not automatic, so please allow 24 hours for us to recieve Paypal's conformation email and create your account. Once we create your account, you will be assigned an individual login and password. Make sure to write them down somewhere safe where you won't lose them.

Layouts
New layouts will be added every two weeks as possible. Requests for premium layouts can be left in the guestbook or emailed, but please note, only royalty-free images can be used to create premium layouts. If you are willing to donate a picture that you took yourself to make a premium layout, let me know through email.

Images
As far as we know, all images used in premium layouts are royalty free or have been purchased from stock photography sites. If there is a copyright problem, please let us know.

The users will not...

1. Redistribute the layouts. This means that you cannot sell them to other people, or put them on your layouts site for other people to use.

2. Claim them as their own work.

3. I am fine with you putting your site or account name on the layouts as a way of personalization, but please do not modify them in any major way, like cutting them up, putting a in new image, etc. It hurts me to see my work cut up (and it's in violation of copyright law!).

4. If you really must change the layouts, please put a link (not just text, a link) back to the layouts site.

5. Subscription to Anaconda Premium Layouts will constitute agreement to abide by these terms.

Blatent violation of these terms will result in termination of access to the layouts without refund of access fee.
